Loan Sharks compo again!

Question: You had arranged with a friend in the park at 4'o clock one afternoon. By 5'o clock, your friend had still not arrived.
It was another tranquil afternoon. I had arranged with Tina to play in the park. Tina is my classmate and neighbour. Although her father is a gambler, she is not looked-down upon because of her ever amiable behaviour.
Time passed, and I waited and waited. Looking at many people come and go, I was puzzled. Tina is not a late-comer, she loved being early and was very particular about being late! Glancing at my watch, I was taken-aback at the time. It was 5'o clock! One hour late! Getting rather impatient, I made up my mind to go to her house to find her as I did not bring my mobile phone with me.
"I am sure going to give Tina a piece of my mind when I meet her!" I muttered under my breath. Upon reaching the tenth floor, which was where Tina's house was located, I was astounded to see three burly man knocking on Tina's door with all their might. I scrutinized them from head to toe. All three of them had the same tattoo depicting a red serpent plastered on their right arm. One of them had a parang in his hand. "Could they be loan sharks?" I wondered.
Immediately, I hid behind the trolley placed near Tina's house, getting the closest view I could. "Pay up now! If not," the loan shark bellowed, waving his parang in the air," You will die!" I gasped at hearing this. The loan sharks were aggressive. They threw shoes and smashed ceramic flower pots in to smithereens.
My instincts told me that something was about to happen to poor Tina. Tiptoeing to the lift, I made a dash when the lift door opened.
Just when the lift door opened, I made a beeline for the nearby public phone. Dialling '999', I hoped that the police would come to Tina's rescue soon.
Ten to fifteen minutes later, the wails of sirens could finally be heard. I heaved a sigh of relief. I led them up to Tina's house. However, by that time, the loan sharks were gone! They must have escaped!
Tina was escorted out of the house. Her face was pale with fright and she was sweating. I took her from the police's hand and calmed her down. The police were busy with their investigation. Some of them were investigating the crime scene, some were taking down our statements, while some police were out to search for Tina's father. I comforted Tina that all matters would be resolved by the police. She nodded her head and thanked me for the helping hand I extended to her.
I hope that Tina's father would learn his lesson not to gamble and borrow money from the loan sharks forever, as what he is doing is hurting and harming his family!
